Everyone knows TomTom from their wide range of GPS systems, sports watches and fleet management solutions. The company operates worldwide and employs some 4,200 people in 65 countries.
The challenge for Ordina’s UC&C team and Clockwork was to make all these people work together smoothly.

Microsoft Office 365 is the technical basis for a new intranet called InTouch.
After the technical implementation, based on an analysis of the company, the users, the existing knowledge and skills, a blueprint was made of all the necessary communications and learning trajectories. Via the digital learning tool tt performance suite, employees received online training, documentation, help and support. As soon as one region had left completely with Office 365, the courses were rolled out to other regions. Ordina also takes care of the management of this platform for TomTom.
