As a Support Engineer, you have a whole range of varying assignments with our customers. Most of these opportunities are first & second line support over the phone. On a regular basis, assignments are released where you can share your knowledge on site and thus come into personal contact with the end user. This way we guarantee variation and you remain a motivated freelancer.

Who we are looking for

  • For first line assignments we are looking for a motivated person who wants to take his or her first steps in the world of IT. This can be on a freelance or permanent basis
  • In addition, there are regular assignments that require seniority. Here, at least 3 years’ support experience is required. Knowledge of ITIL is certainly a bonus in this case
  • You are customer-friendly and ready to deal with both complex and less complex problems. This includes, as far as possible, assisting the customer in French, Dutch and English
