As a service delivery manager, you are the single point of contact responsible for planning and executing projects and/or managed services for our clients. In this role, you manage Ordina teams with the goal of customer satisfaction. You create correct schedules and ensure clear agreements. You communicate at different levels in the client organisation and build and maintain client relationships. You contribute to the development, expansion and improvement of our services. You ensure that the workload/capacity is in line with the profitability and quality of the services provided (KPIs / SLAs definition and follow-up, reporting, customer meeting, etc).
