As a service manager you are an ambassador for both Ordina and your customers. Your customers will see you as their single point of contact for any question they may have in relation to the provided IT services. In your customer-facing role, you will lead the Ordina service team to deliver first class customer experiences and to achieve operational excellence. You will communicate at different levels in the customer organization and foster customer relationship activities.

Who we are looking for
- You have a bachelor’s or master degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience with service management within an IT infrastructure environment
- You are familiar with domains such as cloud (Azure, O365), storage and mobility and productivity solutions
- You are able to communicate fluently in Dutch and English, French is a plus
- You have at least a basic ITIL v3 certification
- You are able to tell the difference between SLAs and KPIs
- Trust and partnership will be two of the business drivers in your daily work
