Technical customer service consultant

As a technical customer service consultant, you are in close contact with our customers.  You are responsibal for resolving operational incidents in a quick, efficient and durable way, and within the service level agreements. In this role, you are the liaison between the customer’s IT organisation and Ordina’s SCO project teams. You will act in 3rd line support as a specialised individual with in-depth knowledge of our customers’ planning solutions.

Who we are looking for

  • You are responsible for the daily handling of technical questions and issues regarding our supply chain solutions
  • You act as an advisor and reach out solutions based on your own technical expertise
  • You resolve incidents in the most efficient way and take ownership over it
  • You demonstrate a highly developed analytical and systematic approach to problem solving
  • You have experience with Windows operating system, virtual server technologies and databases (Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle)
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English
