In this white paper, we present the findings of a study exploring the working relationship between UX experts and developers from the point of view of the developer community. Which benefits do they perceive, and which opportunities do they spot for improving collaboration? Based on these insights, we propose a number of suggestions for facilitating and improving communication between UX experts and software developers that do not demand radical change but can be realized in realistic, incremental steps
